Megan Lewis
MA, RP (Qualifying)
I'm a Registered Psychotherapist (Qualifying) currently being supervised. I am dedicated to providing a warm, nonjudgmental space where clients can explore their thoughts, emotions, and life experiences. With a compassionate and collaborative approach, I help individuals navigate challenges such as anxiety, depression, life transitions, relationship issues, and personal growth. My work is rooted in the belief that healing begins with feeling truly seen and heard. I tailor each session to meet your unique needs and goals, drawing from evidence-based practices to support meaningful, lasting change. Whether you're new to therapy or returning after time away, I'm here to walk alongside you with empathy and care.
My specialty lies in relational therapy, with a strong focus on working with teenagers and young adults as they navigate the complexities of identity, relationships, and emotional development. I understand the unique challenges that arise during these formative years, including struggles with self-esteem, family dynamics, peer relationships, and the pressure to define one’s future. Through a relational lens, I help clients build insight into how their connections with others impact their sense of self and overall well-being. By fostering a safe, authentic therapeutic relationship, I support teens and young adults in developing healthier patterns, stronger communication, and a more grounded sense of who they are.
